AREAS
Social Security Disability
Individuals who have worked and paid into Social Security for the required period of time may be entitled to disability benefits. We will help you determine if you are eligible for these benefits and assist you with all steps of your claim from application through the hearing process, and if necessary an appeal before the Appeals Counsel.
Cessation of Disability Benefits
Individuals who are receiving Social Security Disability benefits may be deemed no longer qualified by the Social Security Administration. We will help clients appeal this determination and do our best to show that they are still eligible for Disability benefits.
Supplemental Security Income
Individuals who have never worked or have not been able to work long enough to be eligible for Disability Insurance Benefits may be entitled to these benefits.
Widow or Widower & Child Benefits
Individuals whose spouses or parents, are or were eligible for Disability benefits may be entitled to survivor’s benefits.

Mr. Finkelberg received his J.D. in 1977, passed the California Bar Exam in 1977, and received his B.A. in 1973. He is a member of the California State Bar, and the Glendale Bar Association.
In addition to his law firm, Mr. Finkelberg gives back to his community as a member of both Kiwanis Club of Glendale and
Elks Lodge #1289. He has also done volunteer work for the YMCA.
